Dr. Yuan (Erika) Tian received her MSc in Neuroscience from University of British Columbia in 2020. She received her MD from Sun Yat-sen University (Guangzhou, China) in 2012. She specializes in ophthalmology, and her research is to understand the disease mechanism of retinal degeneration, especially age-related macular degeneration (AMD). During her free time, she likes going swimming, playing piano, and learning new languages.
