I am currently a fourth year Integrated Science student with a discipline focus in immunology and neuroscience at UBC. My interests range from music to investing. On my downtime, I make various music playlists as well as invest in the stock market. I am deeply passionate about merging science with business and wish to pursue a future career in optometry in hopes of opening my own practice one day. My previous projects with the lab include understanding the role of astrocytes as well as microglia in the pathology of diabetic retinopathy.
